Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₪500, whichever is lower.
Account Termination
Termination by You
You may close your account at any time by:
- Using the account settings page
- Contacting support at support@studybase.co.il
- No refunds for remaining subscription time
Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:
- You violate these Terms
- You upload prohibited content
- You engage in fraudulent activity
- You abuse the Service or other users
- You are a repeat copyright infringer
- Required by law or legal process
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Service ends immediately
- Your Content may be deleted (per our data retention policy)
- Paid subscriptions are non-refundable
- Sections of these Terms that should survive (indemnification, liability limitations, etc.) remain in effect
